Chicago Small Wedding Packages

 Creativo Loft offers popular all-inclusive options for small weddings in Chicago. Our Casual Weddings and Standard Weddings are completely customized all-inclusive packages, except that you separately higher an outside caterer for cuisine and bar package. Casual Weddings have a shorter amount of time, so they can work for alternative cocktail party style receptions, or a seated banquet, and are popular for slightly smaller groups, from 30 to 62 people. Standard Weddings are a standard full day schedule, and are preferred by couples desiring a more formal wedding experience, including plenty of time for dancing, with typically 50 to 74 people. 

  • Casual Wedding: up to 5 hours venue time, 7 hours photography & full service package, separate outside catering and bar
  • Standard Wedding: up to 8 hours venue time, 9 hours photography & full service package, separate outside catering and bar

CHICAGO SMALL WEDDING PACKAGE : CASUAL 5-HOUR SCHEDULE (30 - 60 GUESTS)

Casual Wedding Package: starts at $6700 *CATERING AND BAR PACKAGE IS SEPARATE*

Creativo Loft's Casual Wedding packages start with up to 5 hours for your event time, and may be scheduled for any time of day. All-inclusive services (excluding catering and bar) starts at a minimum of $6700. Actual fees are based on group size, customizing, and various services that may be upgraded.  This is a great option for shorter, less formal cocktail style weddings with heavy hors d'oeuvres, or a casual buffet or family-style lunch or dinner banquet reception. Our Casual Weddings are ideal for groups up to 62 people. 

CASUAL WEDDING ALL-INCLUSIVE SERVICES PACKAGE:

  • VENUE & RENTALS: cocktail or banquet tables, white wood padded chairs, classic linens and napkins

  • VENUE TIME: 1 hour pre-event access for indoor portraits, 30 min. guest arrivals, 30 min. ceremony, 4 hours reception (6 hours total); plus vendors and catering set-up time as needed

  • WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY: 7 hours coverage (1 hr outside portraits + 1 hr indoor family/wedding party portraits + 5 hours event coverage)

  • CEREMONY OFFICIANT

  • CEREMONY ALTAR BACKDROP

  • MUSIC - PROGRAMMED SOUND SYSTEM

  • MODEST FLOWER PACKAGE & VOTIVE CANDLES

  • DESSERT/CAKE

  • PAPER GOODS: welcome signs, place cards, table numbers

  • MAY UPGRADE PACKAGE WITH ADDITIONAL SERVICES OR GOODS: live DJ and/or musicians, additional photo time, instant cameras package, special event lighting, live musicians, specialty decorations, accessories, guest book or guest singing print display, guest favors, special furniture rentals or other services upon request

A licensed and insured full-service catering company must be used for cuisine and bar service. Self-catering is not permitted. We are happy to recommend several caterers that specialize in intimate events with fine quality cuisine. Please contact us for a complete estimate, including ballpark catering fees, for your specific group size and reception plans.

Also, if you are not interested in the all-inclusive package, and are just interested in booking Creativo Loft for a similar "casual" wedding, then our venue rental fees start at $3500 for up to 5 hours with up to 40 people max, including tables, chairs and linens.  For larger groups with 40 to 74 people max, the minimum venue fee starts at $4500 for up to up to 5 hours max, or $5000 for a standard full day rental (see next section below).  Please contact us for a custom estimate.

Creativo Loft's STANDARD Wedding packages are generally ideal for group sizes 40 to 74 (our max capacity), for a full day 8-hour wedding schedule, and highly customized services.  Standard Wedding All-inclusive Packages generally start at $12,000 for groups with over 50 people.  Venue Rental ONLY starts at $5000, scroll down for details.

  • WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY: 8 hours coverage (typically 1 hr prep, 1 hr outside portraits, 1 hr family/wedding party, 5 hrs event)

  • CEREMONY OFFICIANT

  • MUSIC - LIVE DJ

  • WEDDING FLOWERS PACKAGE and VOTIVE CANDLES

  • DESSERT/CAKE & SWEETS TABLE with ACCENT DECOR

  • PAPER GOODS: custom welcome signs, menus, place cards, table numbers

  • MAY UPGRADE PACKAGE WITH ADDITIONAL SERVICES OR GOODS: additional photo time, instant cameras package, special event lighting, live musicians, specialty decorations, accessories, guest book or guest singing print display, guest favors, special furniture rentals or other services upon request

 

STANDARD VENUE RENTAL ONLY:  STARTS AT $5000 with minimum standard services listed below

  • VENUE TIME: 1 hour pre-event access, 30 min. guest arrivals, 30 min. ceremony, 6 hours reception (8 hours total), plus vendor & catering set-up time as needed

  • BANQUET TABLES - ROUNDS, RECTANGLE OR SQUARE (farmwood or other specialty options may be upgraded with added fees)

  • CHAIRS - YOUR CHOICE (white wood padded, natural wood padded, Chivari, opera, rustic crossback wood, dark wood Tuscan, industrial French, contemporary/modern, ghost/mirage, and more - some chair choices may require added rental fees)

  • LINENS: CLASSIC POLY INCLUDED - (upgrades for overlays, runners, or specialty options OVER 1400 FABRIC CHOICES are available with added rental fees)

  • VENUE & EVENT MANAGER - GUIDANCE THROUGH PLANNING MONTHS, AND DAY-OF SET-UP & COORDINATION

  • VENUE MANAGER WILL SET UP STANDARD PERSONAL DECORATIONS (PLACE CARDS, GUESTBOOK, ETC.)

  • DESSERT/CAKE STANDS, CAKE-CUTTING SET (UPGRADES FOR SWEETS TABLE AVAILABLE)

  • PAPER GOODS: custom welcome signs, place cards, and table numbers

  • OPTION TO ADD ADDITIONAL SERVICES INCLUDING PHOTOGRAPHY, FLOWERS, CAKE, MUSIC, ETC.

We can also coordinate an overall look or theme including invitations, thank-you cards, ceremony programs, menu cards or buffet display, guestbook, display engagement prints, lifetime or tribute collages, guest favors, cake/cupcake toppers, photo backdrop with custom props, instant camera station with custom props, chair back decor, ceremony and reception accessories and other details.  Please request a design consultation and estimate on upgrading your services when booking your package.
